Setup looks killer, Phil.  Whatcha workin' with in there?

I know I didn't have to start the yeast with the malt, but I like how quickly the yeast tears into my wort when I start it that way.

All that stuff is pretty cool.  Phil, how exactly do you think of something like that?   Steve you can buy me a beer and pick my brain, if I dont know the first pint I might know by the third.

I can't take credit for the idea... I saw a similar setup about 8 years ago.  I had a spare fridge and was just getting into homebewing, it was a no brainer actually.

At the current time I only have two kegs running.  One is a copper ale with a small ammount of apricot extract that barely shows up in the aftertaste.  The other is a really dark Brown Ale originally targeted to be close to Moose Drool by Big Sky Brewing Co in Montana, but it went darker and stronger than the drool.  It rotates all the time though, I'll probably get another batch going in a few weeks.  I haven't really decided what I'm doing next.

Steve- none of this hard.  Once you learn the general procedure it's very easy.

Here's the label.  I'll bottle it in the next few days.

Wherever the standard of freedom and Independence has been or shall be unfurled, there will her heart, her benedictions and her prayers be.

But she goes not abroad, in search of monsters to destroy.

She is the well-wisher to the freedom and independence of all.

She is the champion and vindicator only of her own.

hmm beer.
Along with the other IPA's mention (all good choices), Victory Hopdevil is yummy but I really like Bells Hopslam Ale. I want to try Bells Oracle DIPA.
