Title: reds
Post by: icthus on August 21, 2015, 09:58:31 PM
went out and found a bunch of reds again on the lights.  Only one could make it home for dinner.  They are heavy on white bait right now, and you have to get on this certain section of lights before the bait gets to thick.

Long cast with soft landings,

I bet your garbage man hates stopping by your house and picking up the cleaning station leftovers!

Nice red, can't wait to get on some flats with you one of these days.

Reminded me of Bakerton back in the day,

8x, zebra, with an egg, hopper dropper nymph, stone fly, with a red assdropper, charlie brown dropper, dA ropper, San Juandropper, and of coarse a  caddis nymph.  It wasn't to bad to toss on a 5wt.

That's an amateur rig. Nod, nod, wink.
