OK You Guys-I'm jonesing for a fish report
« on: August 19, 2006, 06:41:04 PM »
I know several of you guys were on the water today. Probably a little early but those of us that were working and wishin we were fishing, are ready for a report to soothe our vicarious adventure side. FESS UP DANG IT!
Yesterday, I was at the bottom. I was at the bottom of a valley, in the river. Then my eyes hiked up the mountains to the snow capped peaks. I thought, "When I am at this lowest place I can be, standing in a river, everything is looking up."

No problem Ron. Me and Colston went to the Caney today. Caught 3 fish total from 11:00 to 3:00. I wish I would have worn my waders. My knees still hurt.  No sun, rain, sprinkles, fog, cool breezes when the storms went through.

I caught a brown and a rainbow on a BHPT and Colston, on his first cast in Tennessee, caught  brown on the IPW.

I actually got cold today, but it beat the hell out of working or mowing the grass or.....................

Hey Ron Glad you and Colston got to hook up finally.  BD and I ran up to Cumberland on Sat. It was a little bit tougher then last Sat but still there were some decent fish caught. I think next weekend I may spend a couple of days there.
