Fool's Paradise
« on: July 10, 2008, 02:37:10 PM »
Well with the new baby last Wednesday I have had some good time to slow down and read more.  I picked up John Gierach new book Fool's Paradise and I would recomend it.  I have read all of his books and this one is alot like the others.  It read like a old worn pair of blue jeans familiar and comfortable.  Hope to be on the river soon.

I'm just about finished with Trout Bum.  I really like his wit and insight on the life of a fly fisherman.  Next in line is Death, Taxes, and Leaky Waders.

Deat Taxes and Leaky Waders is a nice collection from all the books.  I also like his quick wit and observances on life, his righting style makes you feel like you are there.
