Old Hickory Lake Report 8/14/08...FINALLY
« on: August 14, 2008, 08:36:35 PM »
Finally got my truck back from the shop this afternoon and it runs good.  Ran over to the lake for a little over an hour.  Fished top water the whole time.  Caught dozens of bluegills and warmouths.  No bass :(.  Caught them all on hoppers and other terrestials.  They didn't seem to like the smaller flys, did better on a size 8.  Caught some good warmouths.  Feels good to be back amoung the fishing.  Hope everyone one gets out soon.

Go catch a fish,

Gary
