Useful trolling motor information

Guys,

I ran across this, and thought it may be of interest to some of you.  I didn't know there was this much to selecting a trolling motor and matching battery!  Particularly the efficiency of Continuously Variable vs. Fixed Speed.

Yeah, what Sneaker said on that thread!!

Pretty good explanation, getting to where you have to be an engineer to make a good informed buying decision.
