What’s the difference?

In SA Ultra 4 fly line and the high end SA lines. I’ve found the Ultra 4 to be a very nice line with AST. It can be picked up on ebay for around $20 to $30 all day long. I am wondering what is different in these lines verses say,, the Mastery series. Is it just the taper????

The Mastery series is typically made a half size heavier, especially in the DT series.  Also both have a nylon mono filament core but the mastery is braided instead of woven....so what is the difference in braided and woven????
