This dude is a vracious eater!  The victim had a web on the same bush, and apparantly there was a territorial dispute.

I watched a bee get tangled in her web and the spider went after it until it saw it was a bee then right back to her upside down perch.  the bee freed itself and I think both parties were happy about that.
