Boat Storage
« on: July 21, 2011, 08:40:58 PM »
What do you guys think about outside storage at a storage facility, as far as safety? It would be in the Cool Springs area. I guess the only thing to worry about is the trolling motor and the small motor on the back that could be lifted off really quick.

We put our house on the market and it sold in three days, wasn't expecting that and have not found a house yet. So I'm going to be homeless with no garage space.

Just wanting to see if you all think it is a good idea or not. Or if somebody has a better suggestion, I'm all ears.

I guess that's why ya pay for insurance :o you can park it next to the Clacka here  to keep it company, about 15 minutes off 40 on the way to Caney.

Mine is at American Mini Storage in outdoor covered storage. PM me if you want and I can give you the details.

BTW, congrats the house sale. We have been on the market just over 30 days. Need an offer so we can make one on a house we really like. Not really wanting to do a contingency right now.

Thanks Grumpy. That is tempting but don't want to be in your way. I'll call you if I cant figure anything out. I gotta be out this weekend, we had to be out in under thirty days so we have been super busy.

I hear you Yoda, luck has been on my side. The house selling that fast and my mother in law got a job out of state so she has an empty house in Bellevue. So in the meantime we are going there and sock away some money while we find our house.

And Steve if your boat is there, I am comfortable leaving mine there as well, I'll pm you.

Thanks guys!
