Makes me want to drag a mouse pattern along the edge of a pond full of big browns. Gonna need somebody to suspend from a crane with the camera. We'll have to wait til the ice melts.

Yesterday, I was at the bottom. I was at the bottom of a valley, in the river. Then my eyes hiked up the mountains to the snow capped peaks. I thought, "When I am at this lowest place I can be, standing in a river, everything is looking up."

Not slummin', just visitin' the ol hood.   8)  Virtually anyway. Things have slowed down to a crawl around here since hunting season is over and the river has more ice in it than water.
