This was brought to my attention in a message last night. I talked to fly south this morning.

Entry fee is $50.00/boat per event.

You can fish by yourself or with a partner. 5 fish limit per boat. Fish gotta be kept alive. Fish all three qualifiers and you are qualified to fish the championship. Don't fish all three qualifiers it just depends on your standing as to whether or not you get to fish the "Master" final tournament.

They are going to fish JPP, then Old Hickory, then JPP again. Final event to be announced.

It really does sound like fun to me.
Yesterday, I was at the bottom. I was at the bottom of a valley, in the river. Then my eyes hiked up the mountains to the snow capped peaks. I thought, "When I am at this lowest place I can be, standing in a river, everything is looking up."

I know a couple of really good fishermen that should be there.

If they don't show, I'm going to call them Pea You double S Y's for many moons.

Come on guys, it'll be fun. Only $25/head and not far from home.

See you at the ramp. Or not, Pea You double S Y's.  ;D

Post Script-  I know either one of them could whup me with one hand tied behind their backs so this is some real smack talk I got goin' on.  I know it but I live by the motto of "Some Fear"

That's the way we roll. We threw you off with the "awww I don't think I'm gonna go" and them once you let your guard down we come in for the kill.  ;D

We got lucky and got a big fish. Could have been any one of us.

I've not been in a fast boat in a few years and Damn,, I do miss it a little. After owning a Ranger there's no way I could go with anything less and I just can't see $30,000 for a boat again...

I had a blast. Thanks Fly South and G Loomis!!!!!

$30??? You haven't priced the big boys lately have you?  ;D

I miss those boats too. If I could get my wife a couple of jobs I'd probaby buy one, course I'd have to get her a 3rd job so I could afford the gas to run it.

Yep, you guys came flying in with a sucker punch out of nowhere and put the hurtin on us.

Thanks from me to the the Fly South bunch. Fun day.

So, how much you want for that rod? I got 50 bucks left after I stopped at Las Palmas on my way home.  ;D

This sounds like a blast - if anyone needs a "boat-buddy" I'll throw my name out there...
