High 60s next week

Stay tuned. Spring will return shortly!!!
Wherever the standard of freedom and Independence has been or shall be unfurled, there will her heart, her benedictions and her prayers be.

But she goes not abroad, in search of monsters to destroy.

She is the well-wisher to the freedom and independence of all.

She is the champion and vindicator only of her own.

The spring thaw in February is about my favorite time to go fishing.  Down here in Georgia if we had a few nights in the 40s and some sunny days in the high 50s or 60s, I'd take the kids out of school about the 3rd or 4th day of those warming trends.

Fond memories - looking forward to getting out there soon with my grandkids, even though I'm pretty sure their moms will insist we go on the weekend.

Hoping I can pull off a Steelhead trip this March. Got a wedding in Providence, RI to shoot in May that might lead to some fishing too!

Yeah, yeah, it'll happen one way or another.

60s next week doesn't help me now! My tying bench is in an unheated 12x20' shed. With 10" of snow on top it might be pretty well insulated -- I'm seriously considering bundling up for a couple hours and tying a couple dozen bonefish flies!

I'd wait for a 40% coupon and hit STP.

Can't wait for the warm weather. I am so ready. If we aren't going to get some white stuff to play in, then I want it to warm up.

At least the sun is out today. My S.A.D. was starting to kick in.

+1 on that.

Edit: They are having a President's day sale as well.
