Made it out for a few hours out today on one of the local creeks that was covered in pollen. Pretty slow day and only caught a few small panfish and my first smallmouth of the season. Saw a good number of spotted bass and could not get them interested in my flies.
There must have been a couple hundred red horse in a spawing school as we fished through the creek. Great day to get out.

Hopefully the monsoon heading this way will knock some pollen out, might make it worse. I've been giving some thought about taking up fishing, so far just been thing about it :(

I hoping the rain knocks down some of the pollen as well. That should help with many things.
