Lee's Ferry Arizona

been in my bucket for a few years.

Now on the SHORT list.

Restaurant

food was great and very affordable, this place is in the middle of now where and they don't gouge you.

flyshop is to the front right of restaurant

rooms are clean and nice, 60/70 circa

these things are a beast, got a bottom that made Yodas ole boat look like a girly ride.

rental boats, Wendy Gunn told me they took a Lowe boat to this guy and told them what they wanted, they are built like a bomb, I ask about the motors, said they had 3 starters to go out when they were brand new, other than that change oil every 100 hours, no problems in 3+ years, and they are taken out daily by people that don't know nothing about boats.

where you cross the bridge going to shop, same road that goes to North Rim Grand Canyon, 497' to water

shop is over Sam's left shoulder

Neither

This was a Sams trip, didn't take a rod on purpose. Showed him the major sights.

Stayed @ Lee's Ferry on purpose,  had a room booked for months.  Wanted to scope the area out.

Boats are $200 a day, have to have a vehicle with hitch. Fushing was good from all I talked to.

Serious fishing trip is booked for 10 days in August. Heading out to sample Tom Greys waters :)
