Lots of people ask me about this knot so I thought I'd put it on here so I can tell them where to find it easier.


It might not look like much but this bad boy has holding power.

When Mike and I were fishing a few months ago my Orvis loop broke when I hung up on some stuff in the Caney. He told me about the knot and I watched him tie it. He even told how simple and I didn't think it would hold that good. Well, I have fished since then, caught fish and hung up and that sucker just holds.

I tie my perfection loop a little different but will learn that one so that I have another knot in the arsenal.
