Dunigan and I hit the dam in search of Sauger last weekend. We caught some but they were all under 14". Marked aot of fish but not sure what they were. Tried all sorts of lures and flies but nothing seemed to be working. Some of the other boats had similar results. It's getting time boys. Spring will be here soon and the fishing should be great this year. Buffalo Runs, White Bass, Spring Creek Trout, You name it. Can't wait!

I'm tying flies for all bass species, have an 11 day block of vacation, late March, just for fishing waters I can drive and fish from home.
