Wanted some advice!   Any tips on fishing cheatham lake?  Was going to hit Sycamore Creek or Marrowbone Creek with the 4wts this sunday.   Looks like water temps are holding steady at 62 degrees.

Any tips would be apprecaited!

Old Hickory had been full of small minnows the size of your index finger. You could try stripping a woolly bugger around a size 10 in white, a gummy minnow or a clouser in gray/white.

If you are chasing bluegill and want some fun. They find it hard to resist a popping bug with a small zebra midge or nymph tied off the hook about 18" almost any time of the year.

Rough rough day.  4 sunnies.  No bass.   Hope to try again in spring when the water warms up.

Better than no fish at all.
