Coffee.
« on: January 20, 2013, 10:43:53 PM »
I've been drinking coffee all my life but I've never had the habit until a couple years ago. Since then I've been on a search for the perfect cup of joe. My search kept telling me to find a local roaster and get some fresh roasted gourmet beans from a roaster who knows what he's doing. I finally hit google and found this place http://www.justlovecoffee.com/ .  Headed over there a few weeks ago and was impressed as soon as I walked in the door. The centerpiece is this big beautiful piece of equipment that roasts the coffee beans right there in the store.  The aroma coming out of this place is almost as good as the drink, almost.

They make their coffee single serving drip style from freshly roasted beans. The result is the second best cup of coffee I've ever had. The first was in Jamaica several years ago. BTW this place also sells Blue Mountain Coffee but it isn't cheap. I'll have to perfect my technique at home before I drop the change on that stuff.

After trying it out I settled on a bag of Ethiopian Harrar and I've used my keurig with the single serving filter to make a cup pretty damn close to what they serve.

The point of this post is if that your in the boro and want a great cup of coffee this is the place. I really really want them to make it here, so you guys head over and try it out. I think you'll agree it's an awesome place.

Maybe it's just the time of night, or the Sailor Jerry talking here, but...

If you're going to hype a product to us on this board, please don't show me a man's backside in the photo.
With all the pics you've taken you must have a beautiful woman in some state of undress available.
Or, at least some fish porn...   ;D

There is a coffee place on 31W near my house I think called Authentic Cafe.

You can buy their brand coffee pre-packaged only at the cafe and it's made by a man over in Robertson County. They have several kinds to choose from. My favorite so far is the Guatemalan.
