Took a friend fishing on his first Muskie experience.  We waited til noon for the air temps to climb above the 20's. 

In the first 5 minutes this little guy came in on 3 different chase-downs.  He gave a great show with some high speed figure 8 acrobatics.  He finally nipped the fly.
Missed a beast that bit and swam right towards the boat--with his huge jaws wide open.  No angle to strip set so close...we both saw his tonsils.

Had two other smaller ones follow in.  So glad to see young fish to sustain the fishery.

Damn right Brrrr, got up yesterday morning and it was 56.  Unreal, who lives like this.

Thank God it warmed up to 78 today.  Hit Crabby Bills, amazing run runners and live music.  A couple Mahi tacos are going to see my colon tomorrow.
