Since it has already been destroyed twice, why would you want to replace it.  It seems to me that would be useless and a waste of $$$ and effort unless you could post a guard on the thing.  We could call it the porta potty protector!!

I actually think the lack of service led to the vandalism.  I was slightly involved last August to help get them emptied, I think it took about 3 weeks!  They were unusable the first of Febuary, again.
